Salvaged from a damaged vintage copy, these pages (6 and 7) remain in very good condition and capture the iconic scene of the stretching portraits in the art gallery. You get a great vintage illustration of the full Sally Slater portrait on a tightrope, with an alligator waiting below. 

Since these are authentic book pages, each frame also carries a different page from the story on the reverse side—adding to their charm, history, and uniqueness. We sometimes have multiple pages available, and while they all look nearly identical, please note that minor differences may occur due to natural variations in vintage production and aging. All are in very good vintage condition.
